Mestre Denis "Deninho" Mitchel Pinto has spent a lifetime at the pinnacle of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. A 7-time World Champion across multiple weight classes and age divisions, Deninho continues to compete and medal at IBJJF events — which means his instruction reflects the current state of the sport, not a memory of it. He founded Global BJJ in Naples with a clear mission: to create an IBJJF-recognized academy where any person — regardless of age, background, or athletic experience — could access world-class BJJ instruction. He trains Mighty Mights alongside adults preparing for international competition, and gives the same attention to a first-week white belt as to a seasoned competitor. Deninho's coaching philosophy is built on the belief that Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, done right, builds better people. More confident. More disciplined.
